With ten years in the entertainment industry, I’ve worked as an actor and writer on stage at Theatre Royal Stratford East and the Lyric Hammersmith, in TV and film with Sky Atlantic and Warner Bros, and behind the scenes with BBC Radio 1’s Teen Awards. As a writer, I’ve contributed to a play at London Bubble and honed my craft through Soho Theatre’s writers’ course.
Karen Michalson has assumed many identities – criminal defense attorney, scholar and teacher of nineteenth-century British literature, and rock musician. She has written four novels, including The Maenad’s God, which Independent Book Review selected as one of the best novels of 2022, and the Independent Author Network selected as a Book of the Year Award Finalist (2023). Her books have been favorably reviewed by Clarion Foreword, Kirkus Reviews, Publishers Weekly.
Vinod Arjun Shinhmar is a freelance Videographer & Photographer with an Arri Alexa Film School certification and a BA in Filmmaking from Kingston University. His latest short film, Tere Bina, was screened at the UK Asian Film Festival. Vinod has directed & written diverse short films, worked as an event Photographer, and a Cinematographer & Director on music videos.
